Overall Guidelines
- Anoka County, Minnesota, resident
- Age 21 or older
- No other working vehicle in the household
- For car donation requests (must have dependent children)
- Ineligible if services are available through other agencies or programs
- Low income – 200% of poverty
- No previous assistance from Free2B!
- Drivers license with current address
- In compliance with Anoka County programs
Car Repair Requests (items Free2B! needs):
- Completed Free2B! application
- Copy of drivers license (showing current address)
- Copy of proof of insurance
- Copy of vehicle title
- Copy of proof of residency (Anoka County 6 months or longer)
- Copy of pay stub or proof of income
- Copy of current bank account balance
Car Donation Requests (items Free2B! needs):
- Completed Free2B! application
- Copy of drivers license (showing current address)
- Attend Dollars into Sense class
- Referral form or letter (from Anoka County worker or local church)
- Copy of proof of residency (Anoka County 6 months or longer)
- Copy of pay stub or proof of income
- Copy of current bank account balance
- Copy of proof of insurance (will be required to get insurance on car before receiving vehicle)
- We are not taking applications for a donated car from single individuals
